Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was spent thinking about Mom and her birthday along with Christ. We sang on the front steps of the Temple in the snow. It was a warmer night and so much fun to be out there singing and looking over the statue of Joseph and Hyrum and the Mississippi River. Great memories.

We were going to Omaha to visit Mark and Jen's family for Christmas, but the weather was not good so we spent it here having the Nauvoo Christmas experience. Great experience but missed the family.

Sorry you didn't get to family but it sure sounds like you had a lot of fun. Happy New Year!

Great posts about Christmas. It looks like even though you weren't with family you had a lot of missionary "family" to celebrate with. Just so you know we had fun with your Christmas sweaters this year. HOpefully I can get them back in your closet before you come home.
